The Full Sequence

One continuous evolution × 8: move, draw, 2 presses standing, kneel, 2 presses, reload, compressed, 2 presses, recover, scan.

Live-Fire · At the Range

4 evolutions at 7–10 yd: move + draw + 2 rds + kneel + 2 rds + emergency reload + 2 rds + assess. Inner box standing; outer box from the knee.

Service Pistol

Two evolutions in full duty kit.

Concealed Carry

All of it from true concealment. Qualification day in spirit.

Carbine

Low ready, move, mount, 2 at 25, kneel 2, speed reload, 2. Pistol transition if your range allows.

Optional Standard

AUX (when ready): full evolution under 20s with all hits.

Mind

Adrenaline math: under stress you'll be 20% worse. Train 20% better than you think you need.

Your Daily Callout — By Archetype

The Initiator Yours

Full speed is earned by full control. You've been building it. Trust it.

The Scout Yours

Narrate the reads afterward: where you moved, when you knelt, what you saw at “assess.”

The Guardian Yours

This is the whole job in thirty seconds: move, solve, protect, confirm.

The Strategist Yours

Run all four identically. Consistency across runs beats one hero run.

Coach's Note

Standards & Safety
The Four Rules — Every Rep, No Exceptions
  1. Treat every firearm as if it is loaded — always, no matter what you think you know.
  2. Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
  3. Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target and you have decided to fire.
  4. Be sure of your target — and everything beyond it.

Dry-fire: no ammunition in the room. Verify the firearm is clear — twice. Use a safe backstop. When you finish, say it out loud: “Dry fire is over.”
