Train In Person

Dry-fire at home keeps you sharp between sessions. But there is no substitute for live, in-person coaching on a real range. Here are some of the names we respect to get you started.

Read This First

Archetype is not a replacement for quality in-person training. Our program is built to make you a sharper, more consistent shooter every day — but a screen can't watch your grip, correct your stance, or run you through force-on-force. Get on a range with a real instructor.

These are schools and instructors we believe in — but we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them, and none of them endorse us. This is simply a short list of well-known names to point you in the right direction.

There are many, many more excellent trainers out there, including outstanding ones right in your own town. This list is a starting point, not the whole map.

Always vet your trainers. Check their credentials and background, ask about their lineage and what they teach, read independent reviews, and make sure their approach fits your goals and your local laws before you book.
