These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Archetype Training Systems ("ATS," "we," "us"), owned and operated by Cold Blue Creative Marketing, LLC (coldbluecreative.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to own, possess, and handle firearms where you live. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you will use the content lawfully.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.
Memberships are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual) and may begin with a free trial. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring, automatically renewing basis until you cancel. Your plan renews at the then-current rate unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will provide advance notice of any price change.
You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future billing. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the content for your own training. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or share the drills, programming, or other materials, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
All content, programming, branding, and materials are owned by Cold Blue Creative Marketing, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license described above.
Archetype Training Systems provides educational and skill-development content only. It is not a substitute for in-person professional firearms instruction, and it is not legal advice. Your use of the content is also subject to our Safety & Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Firearms handling and training carry inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risk associated with your use of the content and are solely responsible for safe, lawful handling of any firearm.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee any specific training outcome or result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cold Blue Creative Marketing, LLC and Archetype Training Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cold Blue Creative Marketing, LLC, Archetype Training Systems, and their affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
