We keep this simple and fair. Here is exactly how your free trial, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds work at Archetype Training Systems.
Every membership begins with a 7-day free trial. This gives you full access to the program at no cost so you can decide whether it's right for you. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Both membership plans automatically renew until canceled. When your free trial ends, your card will be charged automatically and your plan will continue to renew on the same schedule unless you cancel:
You can cancel at any time before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership will not renew, and you'll keep access to the program through the end of the period you've already paid for. There's no cancellation fee and no obligation to continue.
Because every membership starts with a free trial that lets you experience the entire program before paying, subscription charges are generally non-refundable. When you cancel, you stop all future billing and retain access until your current term ends.
We want every charge to be correct. If you were billed in error, charged after canceling, or believe there's a genuine problem with your payment, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it promptly and make it right.
If we change membership pricing, current members will be notified in advance, and any new rate will apply only to billing periods that begin after the change takes effect.
